I’m just back from La Franqui (Leucate, Aude, France), where I’ve done some Blokarting for about 8 days, with my father.
Some numbers:
* total distance: over 1,000 kilometers
* time sailed: about 40 hrs
* maximum speed of 79.8 km/hr.
* flat tires: 4 (1 for me, 3 for my father 
)
* a dozen of 360’s
It was really wonderful. Sometimes there was no wind, but when the Tramontane came, it was good for 7 to 8 bft.
So if you’d ever need wind and a hard surface, La Franqui will do it

I finished yesterday my European blokart championship adventure, and I’m quite satisfied with the results.
I was thirth in my group, but because the first one is American from origin, he couldn’t compete for the title of European Champion. That’s why the second became European Champion, so I automaticly became Vice-European Champion. But that’s not all! Because of the European Competition, the Belgian was kinda “absorbed” in it. Because I was the first Belgian in my group, I’m the Belgian Champion too

The Berck Blokart Cup will be held from 22-7 ’till 23-7 at the Eole Club in BP 5 - 62600 BERCK SUR MER.
Registration can be done 21-7 from 17h00 ’till 20h00 and from 20h30 ’till 0h00.
On 22-7, you can registrate ’till 10h00.

It was announced several time to be continued in its development process, but unfortunately, it simply didn’t happen!
Luckely, we had a 2 square meters sail, but it was heavy tough
